Qualifications: Current licensure of Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the State of North Dakota. Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy assistant degree program.
Physical Therapy Assistant shall perform specific Physical Therapy duties under the supervision of a Physical Therapist who is properly credentialed in the jurisdicition in which the PTA practices. The PTA will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to disabled, injured, or diseased patients in order to restore muscle functions, prevent disability, and to assist patients in reaching their maximum potential within limits of their handicaps.
