Community Resource Coordinator

The Community Resource Coordinator of Mercy Hospital provides a number of  FREE services to the community and Lake Region Area.

The services provided include:Assisting Medicare beneficiaries with understanding the Medicare program, paperwork, and statements after a medical procedure or visit. Explaining and enrolling beneficiaries in Medicare D plans. Providing prescription assistance applications and assisting with the completion and submission of the forms. Explaining Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans and Long Term Care Insurance. Assisting patients with the completion of Medical assistance and Financial Assistance applications. Assistance in application for Social Security disability and many more!
